I am Xuanqi. During my five years studying design in Paris, I was deeply shaped by the city's profound fashion heritage and creativity.
The inspiration for CiaoCiao's brand avatar comes from Karl Lagerfeld, a fashion icon I have deeply admired since my student days in Paris. He didn't just teach people to love fashion; more importantly, he encouraged people to embrace and love their own unique, and sometimes unconventional, selves.
I believe that every passionate individual acts as a guiding light in an otherwise aimless and ordinary life. Their enthusiasm is contagious—it transforms barren days into something brilliant and rich, giving us the strength to embrace life's joys and the grace to face its sorrows. Carrying this pure love for design and philosophy, I founded this independent brand to pass that radiant energy on to you.

CiaoCiao began with my independently designed, handmade earrings, but our story doesn't end there. In the future, we will be introducing clothing and bags that feature a highly eclectic and refined visual aesthetic.
My goal is straightforward: to help everyone look effortlessly stylish and beautiful without spending a fortune. We reject excessive packaging and champion an authentic, un-retouched beauty. We believe that exceptional design and genuine textures are more than enough to capture the heart.

As my understanding of business has deepened, CiaoCiao has grown alongside it. To turn the intricate designs in my mind into high-quality physical pieces, we partner closely with top-tier manufacturing facilities in mainland China.
Once our products are carefully crafted, they are sent to our workspace in Hong Kong. It is here that we conduct thorough quality inspections and carefully package each item. Finally, carrying our passion and dedication, your order is shipped from Hong Kong to wherever you are in the world.
