1. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are hand-processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 7 – 15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Note: Estimated delivery times are counted from the day the order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping: Valid on all orders of USD $45.00 or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under USD $45.00, a flat shipping fee of USD $8.00 applies.

  • These rates apply worldwide unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel’s progress at any time using the link provided in the email or via the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping & Duties (DDP)

  • We ship worldwide.

  • No Hidden Fees (DDP): All international parcels are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means CiaoCiao covers all import duties, customs fees, and taxes required by your country’s customs authorities. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external events beyond our control, we are here to help.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with tracking, carrier claims, or arranging a replacement in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
